ORDERING ON SKINTON.SHOP
1–PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Skinton can take orders subject to stock availability.
If a product is unavailable despite Skintons's best efforts, Skinton will inform the Client by email as soon as possible. The Client can then cancel their order and will receive a refund, if necessary, of any amount already paid. If the product is out of stock, Skinton will not be held responsible under any circumstances, neither shall the Client have the right to any other compensation or damages.
A product can also be pre-ordered while unavailable. The delivery date is indicated on the product page.
2-DELIVERY/DISPATCH
Skinton products can be delivered in Poland and worldwide.
Products are dispatched with a delivery note, to the address indicated by the Client when placing their order. Deliveries cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. Delivery times indicated on the website.
In order for these times are to be adhered to, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that they have given precise and full information regarding the delivery address (such as, for example, street number, building, access codes, names and/or numbers on the intercom).
In the event that the delivery time chosen by the client is exceeded by more than 7 working days, if the item has not yet been dispatched, the Client may cancel their order via a letter sent by recorded delivery with proof of receipt and claim a refund for their order.
If the item is dispatched before receipt of the order cancellation due to a delay in the delivery of more than 7 days, Skinton will refund the cost of the item and delivery and return charges once said item is returned in full, in its original condition, and with all labels. Skinton agrees to keep the Client updated on the progress of the processing of their order.
In the event that a parcel is damaged (already open, products missing, etc.), the Client agrees to notify the carrier and Skinton, by all means, of any refusal within 3 days of receiving the product.
Skinton cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery not caused by them.
3-PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made by card or via Paypal. The following cards are accepted:
- Visa
- Debit card
- MasterCard
An amount corresponding to the price of the items ordered will be debited from the buyer's account following confirmation of the order.
Skinton maintains ownership of the item until it is delivered to the client. Purchases are made securely. The payment solutions used by Skinton are 100% secure.
For payments made by bank card (debit card, credit card, or e-debit or credit card) all information given to Skinton by the Client is strictly protected, and all transactions comply with regulations and are secure.
4-PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Client can ask Skinton to return a product or products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Skinton will not give refunds or exchanges on any personalized products (bags with initials, products with personalized elements) once the order has been confirmed by the client.
Returns are made at the Client's own risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the return authorization document, to the following address:

RETURN COSTS
For customers in POLAND :
- Skinton will refund the amount paid (including initial delivery charges) within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the Client informs us of their decision to cancel the order. If a refund is given, the Client's bank account will be credited with the amount to be refunded.
- The Client is bound to send back or return the product to Skinton within fourteen days of informing the latter of their decision to cancel and once the return has been approved by Skinton after-sales team
For customers OUTSIDE POLAND :
- Skinton will refund the amount paid (including initial delivery charges) within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the Client informs us of their decision to cancel the order. If a refund is given, the Client's bank account will be credited with the amount to be refunded.
- The Client is bound to send back or return the product to Skinton within fourteen days of informing the latter of their decision to cancel and once the return has been approved by Skinton after-sales team
- Customers outside Poland must return their order on their own and must cover the cost of returns themselves.
If the client does not comply with the present conditions, including those relating to returns or exchanges, it will not be possible for Skinton to provide a refund for the products in question. In order to receive another item to replace that which has been returned, you must place a new order online.

5-SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
For Skinton, the security and confidentiality of your data is a priority. Any data you provide is instantly encrypted on your computer before being sent to us (using "SSL" information encryption technology).
We use 'cookies' to track your preferences and the items placed in your basket. These are small text files stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. These files can be deleted between orders.
If you do not consent to this information being passed on to the relevant managers, you must register your request at: iharskinton@gmail.com

6-VERIFYING THE SITE'S SECURITY

7-GUARANTEE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In order for the order to be properly completed, personal data will be subject to digital processing: the Client acknowledges that they understand this.
Clients' information can thus be transmitted to Skinton's technical service providers.
Furthermore, Skinton may use technological means to obtain information of a non-personal nature on internet users which can be used to improve the running of the site, for example by tracking the number of visitors to certain pages.
8-PRICES
For sales within the EU, prices listed in the catalog are prices inc.VAT, in Euros (EUR), in line with the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in rates may affect the price of products or services.
For sales outside the EU, the prices listed in the catalog are ex.VAT.
9-SKINTON'S RIGHTS TO REFUSE AN ORDER OR CANCEL A PURCHASE
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase (an order which we have already accepted) in the following situations (list not exhaustive), without being held responsible for any damages or charges:
- if the product is out of stock (all payment will be refunded);
- if the bank details are incorrect or cannot be verified;
-if the order has been flagged up by our security systems as being an unusual order or a potentially fraudulent act;
- if we have not been able to deliver the parcel to the address given.
